Overview
The two-story farmhouse with four entrance doors comprises four rooms, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. The ground floor also features a kitchen and a disabled-accessible bathroom (two rooms have provisions for a bathroom and kitchen). The property was completely renovated in 2016, with seismic-proofing and energy efficiency upgrades in accordance with current regulations. It is powered by a natural gas boiler with a separate system for each floor. Wooden doors and window frames comply with the thermal insulation standard, as does the ventilated wooden roof. The finishes are made of top-quality materials: designer aluminum radiators, Faenza stoneware floors, faux terracotta, terracotta tile ceilings with wooden beams, and a staircase finished in local stone. In front of the farmhouse is 2,000 square meters of agricultural land, and to the rear is 900 square meters of building land. Photos and property details are included. Surrounded by greenery on the slopes of the Matese Park.
